Our team
Dedicated teams of carers for our clients ensures that the people we support always see a welcoming, familiar and friendly face. We’re proud of our longstanding, loyal team and low staff turnover. Staff stay with us because we help them achieve their career goals, offer ongoing training and skills development, and have a supportive, open management style.
Our managers also provide hands-on care, helping us to understand what our clients need from us, and how best to support our team.
At our core, we believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and included.
We embrace diversity in all its forms—culture, identity, experience, perspectives—and we work every day to create a space where people feel safe, respected, and empowered. Inclusion isn’t just a value for us; it’s a promise we uphold in every interaction and decision.
Homecare for adults
We’re proud to help people live independently at home for longer, and we aim to make every visit a pleasure for everyone. Carers are carefully matched with clients based on interests, background, age, and culture, so we know they’ll get along well.

Supported living
We’re passionate about helping people to live independently and learn new skills. Supported living gives individuals with complex needs the opportunity to build a home in a clean, safe and supervised environment, to be included in society, and have equal opportunities.
In addition to taking care of physical and emotional needs, we help people feel part of the local community, including taking part in leisure activities, joining social groups, and pursuing education or employment.
Children’s services
Caring for children with specialist needs takes a community. To provide holistic care that balances health, social, emotional, and educational needs, we work with local authorities, families, educators, healthcare providers, and external consultants with expertise on specific conditions. It’s important to keep everyone aligned so we’re all working towards the same goals and in the child’s best interests.
Everyone on our team is trained in positive behaviour management, and we can also provide:

Help with day-to-day activities

Personal care

Access to education and support at school

Chaperoning on school trips, activities and clubs

Access to community-based projects

Emotional and therapeutic support
Alternative provision
Education is a passport to confidence, wellbeing, and success as an adult. Where possible, young people are supported to attend their current school or college. If this isn’t the right approach for the child, we liaise with social workers and the education department to access education other than at school (EOTAS).
We make the journey to learning bespoke, interactive and fun, specific to each individual’s needs. Our teaching staff are qualified and experienced in SEN support and delivery.
Residential respite care
When families need to rest and recharge, our residential property acts as a home-from-home for their child. It’s fully equipped to support children with a range of physical needs and has a sensory room.
Emergency care including for complex and sensitive cases
Short-stay overnight support for respite
Long-term home for children with disabilities
Support for building independence
