Giving families more quality time

We help people to live their best lives, whatever their needs and circumstances, and that looks different for everyone. One client may need help around the house, another might want a regular companion, and someone else may have complex medical needs and require specialist support.

Our goal is to help everyone to feel comfortable, confident, and as independent as possible. With support from our carers, our clients have more time for what matters most to them: spending quality time with family, enjoying hobbies, or focusing on their health.

End Of Life

We match clients with carers who have the right skills to support them, and if someone presents with a condition we haven’t managed before, we train our team to meet their needs.

We can administer medication and support with nutrition through a feeding tube (PEG feeding), or remind clients when it’s time to take their medication by assisting, prompting or administering, depending on their needs and preferences.

Companions you can rely on

Our social needs form a huge part of our overall wellbeing, and we help everyone to feel like a valued member of the community. We can share hobbies, help people get to the shops or gym, and go on outings together.

We can tailor care to help individuals have the social life they want, whether they need support for a physical or learning disability, their mental health or communication.

Peace of mind for families

It can be daunting when a loved one needs care. With the client’s consent, we keep in touch with their family and provide updates and an open line of communication. We use OPENPASS Care Management Software to track when we visit, and we share notes each time we call round. This also gives clients and their families visibility of the medication schedule and task checklist, so they can monitor care in a non-intrusive way.

  • View care notes after each visit

  • Communicate with us through the app

  • Monitor tasks, visits and outcomes

  • Track the care schedule

Supported living

Supported living provides a pathway for individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges to have greater independence. It’s a great option for people to move out of the family home into a clean, safe and secure environment where they learn life skills and meet new people.

Our CQC-registered property offers safe, person-centred and community-based living for individuals aged between 25-65 and 65 and over.

Set in a lovely quiet residential area of Coventry, the property is a 2 storey, 2 bedroom end terrace house with easy access to the front and back. Newly refurbished and modernised, it’s in close proximity to local shops including a pharmacy, Morrisons Local, doctor’s surgery and hairdressers.
