Ever Care provides holistic support for adults, children, and their families. We care for adults at home, at our supported living properties, and offer residential respite and homecare for children. Our approach is centred around flexibility, stability, and collaboration.

Professional care with a family-like feel

We combine warm hearts and open minds with the skills and training to keep people safe, supported, and happy at home or at one of our residential properties. Our carers get to know our clients on a personal level, and we always match clients with carers we think they’ll get on well with.

It’s important to foster long-term relationships with clients, the agencies that support them, and carers. We pride ourselves on having a diverse team of long-serving staff, so families get to know their care team, and we only hire kind, compassionate people who pass our vetting process.

How we support our carers

Everyone needs to feel heard and supported. We encourage two-way communication between our carers and the management team. Our carers are the eyes and ears of our services – no one knows how to support our clients more than they do.

When staff come to us with a new idea or request from a client, we explore it, putting together a plan that’s flexible, safe, and compliant.

Our story

Ever Care was founded in 2019 and shaped during lockdown, when supporting the most vulnerable people in our community had never
been more important. We understand how heartbreaking it can be when a loved one needs care, and how difficult it can be to accept
care for yourself.

Our ethos has always been to say ‘yes’ to clients, meeting their physical, mental, and emotional needs with compliant care that’s tailored around them.

We’ve grown from supporting adults at home to specialising in caring for individuals with complex needs. Now, as well as providing traditional homecare for adults, we offer supported living and specialist children’s services.
